Service providers and transfers

We use Vercel to host the website, Cal.com for bookings, Google Analytics for aggregated website measurement, and Microsoft Clarity for consented session analytics. These providers process data under their own contractual and privacy terms. Some processing may occur outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry and client records are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, service delivery, legal obligations, and reasonable business records. Analytics retention is controlled in the relevant analytics platforms.
